Wednesday, February 12th:
This was a different sort of a day: Nitai Deranga, long-time director of Ananda's Education for Life, is here in India to start Living Wisdom Schools. He thus organized an outing of prospective teachers and two prospective students--Suarav, Nimisha's son (the snorer, as you will recall!)--to a greatly scaled down version of the San Francisco Exploratorium. This quaint little place was situated in the Pavilion Mall--yes, tragically, large malls are yet another slice of Americana to infest this country--and is called "Amazeum". The following series is of the fun adventures we had therein.

Nice young employee explains how to create a mini roller coaster to Saurav while Nitai looks on |
Example of a pneumatic tube; the adults--in this case, Nimisha--participated as well |
Mother and son build Lego cars to race each other |
Prisha bravely navigates her way through this wavy climbing gym of sorts! |
The epitome of political correctness finds its way to India! |
One of the kids--forgot his name--and I "drive" a facsimile of an Indian Volkswagen bug! |
blowing mammoth bubbles

Most unfortunately, Saurav gravitates to a horrific candy shop outside of Amazeum. It is no wonder that diabetes is becoming almost as much of a problem amongst both children and adults in India as it is in the U.S., so very tragic
